Call to Meeting – January 18

We have been delighted with the attendance at our virtual meetings in 2020 and expect to continue this year. In fact, we have made tentative plans for speakers at our first few meetings of 2021.

That said, we are very interested in your ideas for future speakers and/or topics.

  • What subjects would you like to learn more about?
  • Are there any specific speakers or organizations that you would like to hear from?
  • Do you have any other suggestions for the society?

We assume that most of you receive these notices by email, so feel free to just hit the reply button and let us know.

Now, for new business. We apologize for the short notice, but we’re having an early meeting this year.

On Monday, January 18 at 6:30pm, we will be meeting by webinar for a presentation from Janette Silverman, Lost in the Shoah: the Rescuing Power of Genealogy.

Registration is required so please sign up.

We’d also like to remind you that dues for 2021 is due. You can pay online at Square. You may also mail a check to the UJGS Treasurer, 5173 Pieper Blvd, Salt Lake City, UT 84118. Dues is $10 per person or $15 for a couple. If you’re a new member, please visit our web site and fill in an application so we know who you are.

Hope to see you at our meetings.
